Patients will first see their general dentist and if their dentists feels there may be an endodontic treatment thats needed that is out of the scope of that dentist, they will refer the patient to our office. Patients may also be referred to our office through a family, friend, or self refer. Patients may also be referred to our office for a second opinion as well.
Who do you take referrals from?
We see all patients that have a specialized need of the services we provide: Endodontics only.
Will you communicate with my general dentist?
Absolutely, we will have continuous communication with your referring doctor in order to provide well-rounded services for you.
What are the payment options?
Our administrative staff will be happy to file your primary and secondary insurance as a courtesy to you. We accept most if not all HMO/PPO insurance plans. If you are presenting insurance, many times your insurance company requires a referral form to see a specialist. This will come from your dentist or insurance carrier.
